How long are tutoring sessions?

1 hour unless it has been discussed with the tutor.

How do I pay for tutoring sessions?

Cash, Venmo, Paypal, all major credit cards, Apple Pay.

What if I need to cancel a session?

You have until 12:00 PM that day to cancel the session. No call or no show fee $35 will be applied to the next tutoring session.

What kind of academic results can I expect my students to experience?

While we offer information on the average results our students have experienced over the years, we cannot promise individual results. We regularly administer diagnostic testing to monitor progress as well as looking at grades, assignments, etc.

What if I need to change my tutoring schedule?

Please contact the office to arrange a new weekly meeting time and day. We do our best to arrange sessions around your schedule for the convenience of you and your student.

What type of tutors do you hire?

Our tutors are vetted for both their academic knowledge and teaching ability. We require all of our tutors to have a minimum of 24 college course hours.

Do you have a late fee?

Yes. Our late fee applies to late payment, not late arrival. A late fee of $25 will be applied after 7 calendar days.
